聚乳酸-羥基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)是由兩種單體—乳酸和羥基乙酸無(wú)規(guī)共聚得到的一種可降解的功能高分子有機(jī)化合物,PLGA無(wú)毒,具有良好的成囊性和成膜性能,良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,且降解速度可控,可用于制藥、醫(yī)用工程材料和現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,包括用于生產(chǎn)藥物緩釋微球、骨修復(fù)材料、骨固定材料、支架材料、傷口縫合線、皮膚移植物、口腔種植體、人工導(dǎo)管等,是一類重要的生物醫(yī)用高分子材料。
PLGA的降解產(chǎn)物同時(shí)也是人代謝途徑的副產(chǎn)物,因此PLGA微球可作為蛋白質(zhì)、酶類藥物的載體測(cè)試藥物,將藥物或生物/化學(xué)實(shí)體附著到顆粒表面來(lái)控釋、緩釋和靶向給藥。
