聚乳酸(PLA)又被稱為聚丙交酯,是由乳酸直接縮聚或丙交酯開環(huán)聚合所得一類聚酯類聚合物,是一種新型生物可降解材料。
PLA微球的制備方法可分為物理法、物化法、化學(xué)法等。物理法有噴霧干燥法、真空噴涂法、多空離心法等,物化法包含了乳化溶劑揮發(fā)法、W/O/W(水包油包水)制備法、相分離法等,化學(xué)法有氣相聚合法、界面聚合法等。PLA微球可應(yīng)用于醫(yī)用藥物方面,即PLA載藥微球的研究,可以延緩藥物的釋放,降低藥物的毒副作用。
