左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)由L-丙交酯聚合而成,是一種生物可吸收降解材料。PLLA的體內(nèi)降解分為兩個(gè)階段, 首先水解成乳酸單體,乳酸單體在乳酸脫氫酶的作用下轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸?,然后進(jìn)入線粒體被徹底氧化分解,生成二氧化碳和水。
PLLA微球的制備方法有乳化固化法、相分離法、噴霧干燥法等,PLLA微球可應(yīng)用于醫(yī)美領(lǐng)域,作為再生型材料制備透明質(zhì)酸鈉凝膠、凍干粉等;還可應(yīng)用于醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,做藥物控釋、緩釋包裝劑;一次性輸液用具、免拆型手術(shù)縫合線;組織工程支架、骨固定及骨修復(fù)材料等。
