Preparation of Gold nanoparticles labeled protein
1) Preparation of the Gold nanoparticles to be labeled: Adjust the pH of the Gold nanoparticles to 9.0 with K2CO3. Use precision pH test paper to determine.
2) Protein preparation: place the antibody in NaCl solution and dialyze to remove salt, adjust the pH to 9.0 by K2CO3
3) The combination of Gold nanoparticles and protein: the dialyzed protein is mixed with the Gold nanoparticles, BSA is added as a stabilizer, and the binding reaction is 15 minutes.
