Description
Fluorescein-labeled Protein are immunochemical reagents currently widely used in immunopathology, cytochemistry, flow cytology and pathology. Under alkaline buffer conditions, Cy5 binds to the free amino groups of the protein to form a fluorescein-labeled protein.
Methods
The protein was dialyzed with PBS, then adjusted to pH 9.0 with NaHCO3, then connected to Cy5.5, and centrifuged to remove denatured proteins, and passed through a chromatography column Separation and purification, collecting Cy5.5-labeled protein peaks, and removing free fluorescein Cy5.5.
NOTE：Centrifuge before use to avoid waste caused by reagents sticking to the tube wall or bottle cap.
