Description | |
Background | Creatine kinase (CK), also known as creatine phosphokinase (CPK), is an enzyme expressed by a variety of tissues and cell types. CK is a dimer composed of two subunits M and B and their close subunits, which can be combined into three isoenzymes CK-BB, CK-MM and CK-MB. Ck-mb accounted for 15% ~ 20% of the total amount of CK, almost all of which existed in cardiomyocytes. In myocardial infarction, creatine kinase increases within 6 hours of onset, reaches its peak at 24 hours, and returns to normal within 3-4 days, so CK-MB is often used as a marker in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). |
We can offer labeled proteins/antibodies using a broad range of intensely fluorescent dyes and labels including FITC, Biotin, Alexa Fluor, Rhodamine B, Cy, Co-Au.
