Description	檸檬酸鈉抗原修復(fù)液(Citrate Antigen Retrieval solution) 是一種常用的抗原修復(fù)液, 可以用于石蠟切片、冰凍切片等樣品使用多聚甲醛、甲醛或其它醛類試劑固定后的抗原修復(fù).可以有效去除醛類固定試劑導(dǎo)致的蛋白之間的交聯(lián), 充分暴露石蠟切片等樣品中的抗原表位, 從而大大改善免疫染色效果.
Background	Cells or tissues fixed with paraformaldehyde, formaldehyde or other aldehyde reagents, will lead to the intracellular antigen aldehyde bond, carboxymethyl bond and closed part of the antigen determination cluster, while the crosslinking between proteins to make the antigen determination cluster hidden, resulting in weakened staining signal during immune staining, and even some false negative staining results.Therefore, it is required that when performing immunohistochemical staining, antigen repair or exposure is required first to destroy the crosslink formed between molecules during fixation, and restore the original spatial form of the antigen.Thus, we can improve the detection rate of antigen, reduce the background staining, and improve the accuracy of detection.
