Description | |
Background | Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP), also known as B-type Natriuretic Peptide, consists of 32 amino acids and is a mammalian cardiomyocyte, one of the major natriuretic peptides. When cardiac dysfunction is present, the natriuretic peptide system is greatly activated, and increased ventricular load leads to BNP release. So BNP is clinically used for left ventricular dysfunction; Heart failure and myocardial infarction are important indicators for the diagnosis of heart diseases. |
We can offer labeled proteins/antibodies using a broad range of intensely fluorescent dyes and labels including FITC, Biotin, Alexa Fluor, Rhodamine B, Cy, Co-Au.
